Today we talked with Midwife and Health and Wellness Coach Angela Seeling, who uses different Essential Oils in her practice to elicit specific emotions and use the power of our sense of smell to access deep feelings and memories.
Angela will be hosting a workshop on Mindfulness, Emotions, and Essential Oils at our office on Friday, March 8th at 5:30pm. We'll talk about aroma as a direct pathway to to the lymbic system in the brain, and the science behind how essential oils work.
