Before anything else, I want to thank you for posting the video. I am sure that we are all familiar with exercise. It's just that some of us are just too lazy to make it a habit simply because it's exhausting. The trust is, it could be very tiring. It may take everything away from you; your time and energy, but the result you can get from it would be boundless! Only if we are going to understand the benefits we can get from it, especially the ones related to our health, I am sure all of us will love exercise!
