The Breath 

It is always with you.  
It is an easy tool to help harness your own physiology.  
Lets take a moment to practice working with breath intentionally.

Controlled breathing has been shown to:
  • Reduce stress 
  • Increase alertness
  • Boost your immune system
  • Reduce symptoms of anxiety, insomnia, PTSD, depression and ADHD
  • Lower your cortisol (stress hormone)
  • Lower your blood pressure
  • Increase your parasympathetic tone (your rest and digest nervous system)
