Make an Appointment
You can make an appointment online by clicking here. If you do not find an appointment that meets your needs, call or text the office at (303) 422-2236 during business hours.
Reschedule or Cancel an AppointmenT
Click here, then click "Manage Appointments" in the top right of the screen. You may need to tell your web browser to allow popup windows. You can also call or text us at (303) 422-2236 to change an appointment.
Review the plan of care discussed at my visits
Log in to Elation Passport. Visit Summaries will be available within a week of the date of the visit.
Contact my Doctor about a private, non-urgent health concern.
Log in to Elation Passport and send a secure message. Your doctor will respond to your inquiry within a week.  If your problem needs a response today, call or text the office for a visit or call back.
Refill a Prescription
First, contact your pharmacy to request a refill. If you have not had a response from the pharmacy, send us a request via Elation Passport. If you are running out of medication today send us request by call or text to (303) 422-2236.
Re-Order Supplements
To order online, log in to Fullscript. If you prefer in-office pick up, call or text us at (303) 422-2236 prior to coming for pick up so we can set aside what you need.
Review my documented drug allergies, prescriptions and supplements
Log in to Elation Passport and click on the “Clinical Profile” page. If you need to make updates to this information, please call or text us or send us a secure message through Elation Passport.
View Lab or Imaging Test Results
Lab or Imaging test results will be posted on Elation Passport within 1-2 weeks of routine lab testing. Advanced testing may take 3-5 weeks for results. You may be  asked to come in for an appointment to review your results. Advanced holistic lab reviews may result in a $40 copay, you will be notified of this charge before the labs are ordered.  We are not a “no news is good news” practice, so we post all reports regardless of the results. Feel free to call, text, or message us through Elation Passport if you want to check the status of your results.
Get a Referral
Send your doctor a secure message via Elation Passport. Referrals will be processed within 1-2 weeks of receiving the request. We will contact you via Elation Passport with next steps. Every time you see a specialist, ask them for a report and send us a picture of the report as an attachment to a secure message in Elation Passport.
Request a copy of a recent invoice
To get a copy of your recent invoice email support@mydenverDO.com or call or text our office at (303) 422-2236.
Update my Billing Information
Elation Passport is a secure location to send credit card information or to send us a message regarding any billing questions you have. 

How do I Get Connected to Elation Passport?

When you join DOPC, you will receive an email invite to Elation Passport. Please follow the prompts in the email to connect to your profile You will need to have a mobile phone on file to receive a text code to verify your identity.  If you prefer not to receive a text code or are unable to provide a mobile number, ask our office for the access code.

There is an Elation Passport app for iPhone users in the App Store. Please allow notifications if you are using the app so that you don’t miss any important messages.

​If you choose not to use Elation Passport, we will do our best to send you results and communication from our office regarding your health as quickly as possible, but some information may be delayed.
