How DOPC Works With Our Easy Four Step Process
STEP ONE
Schedule Your Meet & Greet optional but recommended
Our meet & greet is a 15 minute call, free of charge, to make sure that what you are looking for is a match for what we offer. In this call you can also ask questions about our unique approach. This gives you 1:1 time to see if this is the right for for your needs and health goals.
STEP TWO
Once you have had a chance to explore what a membership looks like at DOPC and understand the clear benefits you gain with direct primary care, you and your family can become members. Unlock all DOPC’s unique member benefits with our team that cares and real people that will know you and your health goals.

Fill Out Forms & Schedule Your First Appointment
Your journey to great care starts with booking your first appointment with DOPC. We have 3 easy ways to schedule an appointment
1. Send us a Secure Message through the Patient Portal that you gain access to once you become a member: This will allow you to give us details about your goals and concerns for the first appointment, along with time and availability.
2. For the fastest option: Text our office number at 303-422-2236 but please do not include any sensitive information.
3. Call Us at 303-422-2236.
*Don't forget, all of the new patient forms and questionnaires in the patient portal must be filled out 24hrs prior to your first appointment, or your appointment will be rescheduled. We want to make sure we use our time available to get to know you, not on the paperwork.

DOPC Members gain discounted membership prices for all of our +Enhanced Care Services. These services range from Personalized Health Assessments to Reiki Healing, all intended to boost your health and help you achieve your health goals through holistic and osteopathic care.

At Direct Osteopathic Primary Care, memberships start at just $99/month for the first household member.
+ Add a second member, like a spouse or child, for an additional $85/month (all members must reside in the same household).
+ Add a third member and unlock discounted child pricing for an additional $50/month.
There is a one-time registration fee for all new members of $150/member with a max family registration fee capped at $300.
