Introducing: The Pause Pod at DOPC
We are here to support you through every phase of life! That’s why we are SUPER excited to share The Pause Pod with you—a new DOPC community built specifically for women navigating perimenopause and menopause (or just balancing all the things in "mid life"). We had so much fun with getting together for the M Factor (menopause documentary) screening that we figured we would make a “club” for other fun events that will come randomly, and sporadically just like….hormones! :)
Through various special events, resources, and supportive hormone-related content, The Pause Pod is here to empower and educate during this new life phase.
