2026 July Newsletter
Welcome to Stress Relief
Guest Contributor: Martina
This month, we’re excited to welcome back our guest contributor Martina, who will be sharing practical insight around stress reduction and nervous system support.
Stress impacts far more than mood. It influences sleep, hormones, inflammation, digestion, immune function, skin health, focus, and long-term disease risk. Martina’s work focuses on helping people create realistic, sustainable tools to regulate stress in everyday life — not just during burnout.
Martina works closely with Dr. Brie in the Brain Health program and is excited to share some Brain Health Program updates and new offerings! Stay tuned for upcoming resources and guidance in the next couple of newsletters as Dr.Brie is on her sabbatical.
PROGRAM SPOTLIGHT
Find Your Pause Button at DOPC’s New Brain Spa
Feeling stressed, exhausted, or overwhelmed? You're not alone.
Our nervous systems were designed to respond to occasional threats—not the constant stream of modern stressors like busy schedules, endless notifications, traffic, and daily responsibilities. When stress becomes chronic, your body stays stuck in "survival mode," making it harder to rest, heal, digest, and thrive.
At Denver Osteopathic Primary Care, we're committed to helping you calm your nervous system and build resilience. Here are a few ways we're supporting members:
HeartMath Coaching – A clinically backed breathing technique that helps stop the fight-or-flight response in the moment and improve long-term stress resilience. Available in-office and virtually, with optional biofeedback, Reiki, and Light Therapy integration.
Brain Spa & Brain Health Program – Our dedicated wellness space features innovative Light Therapy designed to support cellular energy, reduce inflammation, and promote memory, mood, and cognitive function.
Neurofeedback & Brain Mapping – We are excited to welcome Taylor Tripp, a Neurofeedback & Neurostimulation Expert and qEEG/Brain Map Specialist, who combines advanced neuroscience with holistic coaching.
Expanded Parker Location – We continue to offer Reiki, HeartMath, and Brain Health Program visits in Parker and look forward to welcoming more members into this growing space.
If you've been wishing for a pause button, this may be your sign to take one.
Staff Favorite: Quench & Protect Hydrating SPF 30
Sun protection doesn't have to feel heavy, greasy, or chalky.
Our team is loving Quench & Protect Hydrating SPF 30, a mineral sunscreen that does more than just protect your skin.
Formulated with zinc oxide and Vitamin B5, it provides broad-spectrum UVA/UVB protection while helping hydrate, soothe, and support skin repair. It's water-resistant, layers beautifully under makeup, and leaves skin feeling soft and nourished—not dry or coated.
Why we love it:
☀️ Broad-spectrum mineral sun protection
💧 Deep hydration and skin barrier support
✨ Doubles as an excellent makeup primer
🌊 Water resistant for summer adventures
🌿 Gentle, physical sun protection with zinc oxide
Order yours through DOPC to keep your skin healthy all summer long.

Final Thoughts from DOPC
To model balance and intentionally spend time with her family, Dr. Brie will be on sabbatical for the month of July 2026. We hope you will join us in welcoming her back in August 2026 as we celebrate DOPC's 10th anniversary!
In the meantime, we invite you to explore our beautifully updated website to discover everything our expanding Brain Health Program has to offer. Come enjoy the new Brain Spa space and book an appointment for HeartMath, Reiki, Light Therapy, or neurotherapy.
