Welcome to New Beginnings
Hello, PARKER!
We’re so excited to be growing our DOPC community right here in Parker.
Our Parker office was created around the same idea that has always guided DOPC: primary care should feel personal. You should know your doctor, your doctor should know you, and getting care when you need it shouldn’t feel complicated.
Whether you’re already part of the DOPC family, recently moved to Parker or Denver, or have been meaning to find a primary care doctor closer to home, we’d love to welcome you.

Meet Dr. Brie
If you haven’t met Dr. Brie yet, now’s a great time.
Dr. Brie loves her animals including her rescue horse, Cruiser.
As an Osteopathic physician, Dr Brie believes good primary care starts with understanding the whole person—not just checking boxes or treating one symptom at a time.
But what she loves most is getting to actually know the people and families she cares for.
That’s a big reason DOPC’s Direct Primary Care model looks a little different from the traditional doctor’s office: more time, greater access, and a relationship that doesn’t start and stop with a 10-minute appointment.
New to Parker? START HERE
New house. New school. New grocery store. New everything.
Finding a doctor usually doesn't make the moving checklist—until someone gets sick.
We created a simple New to Parker Family Healthcare Checklist to help you get your family's healthcare organized before you need it.
Inside, you'll find reminders for transferring medical records, prescriptions, insurance, preventive care, emergency information, and finding a local primary care provider.

Texts are coming as a reminder for fasting labs. If you don’t get a text you don’t have to fast! Sometimes there are additional instructions about your labs - please always reference your last visit summary - you will see instructions and what was ordered!
Or, ask by text the day before your visit!

Direct Primary Care vs. Traditional Primary Care: What's the Difference?
You have health insurance. So why can it still take weeks to see your doctor?
Direct Primary Care works differently. Instead of billing insurance for routine primary care included in membership, DOPC patients pay a monthly membership fee and get greater access to their care team.
We break down how it works, what it doesn't replace, and why more families are considering it.

Final Thoughts from Dr. Brie
August always feels chaotic to me. The kids head back to school, routines return, and suddenly we’re all trying to figure out how to fit everything in again. Thankfully September allows things to settle.
My little reminder this month: don’t put yourself at the bottom of the list. Schedule the appointment. Go for the walk. Get some sleep. Ask the question you’ve been meaning to ask. Taking care of yourself doesn’t have to be complicated.
And as we move into a new season, DOPC is settling into Parker, too. Some of you may wonder, Why Parker?
After the stress of the pandemic, I decided to get a hobby and our family adopted a rescue, Cruiser, who needed a retirement home. Shortly after, we decided to move east, where we could gift our kids a childhood with land and animals. There’s something special about caring for people in the community where you live, so we opened a satellite location in Parker in 2023. This year, with the help of Martina Paiz NP, we are now ready to expand our services. I don’t want DOPC to simply be another doctor’s office in town—I want us to be part of the Parker community. I want to know our patients, the providers caring for them, and the local businesses and organizations that make this community what it is.
Most of all, I want you to know you have a doctor you can call when you need one.
